Knauf - Strong Image

project description
Clearly demonstrate the superiority of their new product
For Knauf, in collaboration with Han Snel, we created an impressive campaign to demonstrate the power of their new drywall. The primary goal of this campaign was to visually showcase the strength and durability of Knauf's drywall to the audience. We produced two videos: a teaser for social media with a call to action and an extended video for the landing page. In these videos, a Knauf employee demonstrates the strength of the drywall by having a large sandbag fall against it. The concept of the campaign was handled by Han Snel, who was also the client for this project. Besides the videos, we also took photos during the shoot, which were later edited and used by Han Snel. The campaign was a great success for Knauf and clearly demonstrated the superiority of their new product. We are proud of the work we delivered and the contribution we made to the success of this campaign.

Production Process and Video Content
The production process of the videos for Knauf was focused on clearly and powerfully showcasing the strength of the plasterboard. The challenge was to visually demonstrate the product's strength in an appealing and convincing way. The videos dynamically and clearly show how the plasterboard can withstand a large sandbag, highlighting the quality and durability of the product.
Photography and Image Editing
In addition to the videos, photography was an important part of this campaign. The photos taken during the shoots were edited afterwards to emphasize the strength and quality of the drywall. These images were used to further reinforce the campaign's message and provide an additional visual element to Knauf's marketing efforts. MOTIK handled the production of the photos, and they were edited by Han Snel.
In the post-production phase, one of the bigger challenges of this project emerged, namely editing the recorded footage into a finished video. The video was shot in a warehouse that wasn't very large and didn't fill the shot on both sides of the lens. Therefore, we styled the entire video shot around the drywall extensively. The result? Completely different shots that change the entire look of the video.
