More engagement and more efficiency among employees
For Visma Raet, on behalf of Han Snel, we created a powerful internal campaign aimed at increasing awareness and use of the intranet platform Spaces. Our task was to highlight the benefits of Spaces through video and photography production. This platform, a central hub for all employees, provides access to essential information and tools that facilitate daily work. The focus of the campaign was to illustrate the daily challenges of the employees and how Spaces could simplify these challenges. Featuring G. Hannes, we filmed and photographed various scenarios where employees faced work-related problems, and how using Spaces efficiently solved these issues. The message was clear: with Spaces, you save yourself a lot of hassle. The concept of the campaign was developed by Han Snel, while we were responsible for the entire production: filming, photography, and editing. The result was a successful campaign that not only increased the visibility of Spaces but also enhanced engagement and efficiency among employees. This campaign highlights our expertise in creating effective communication solutions and our contribution to optimizing HR processes within Visma Raet.

G. Hannes: Face of the Campaign
G. Hannes, the main character in our campaign, created a lot of awkward situations within the campaign. The problems that employees encountered because of him were everyday issues, with the solution being to use Spaces. By addressing these problems, everyone within Visma Raet can identify with the campaign.
Result: Increased Engagement and Efficiency
The success of the campaign was reflected in the increased engagement and efficiency among the employees of Visma Raet. The positive reactions and feedback from the staff highlighted the effectiveness of the campaign in encouraging the use of Spaces.
A unique element of our campaign for Visma Raet was the introduction of G. Hannes, a 3D animated character designed by ArtBox Amsterdam. This innovative character was more than just a visually appealing addition; it provided a unique and recognizable face to the campaign. Its presence in the videos and photos added a playful and attractive element, conveying the message in a lighthearted and accessible manner. The use of a 3D character in an internal communication campaign was an innovative step that captured attention and contributed to greater employee engagement.
